Food Prep...Prep

(Ed. Note:) This is the first in a series of blog posts by senior Erik Major, as part of his Senior Project at Proctor.

Everyday at Proctor the students and faculty have the option to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner here at the dining hall. Although the option for Jake's is always open as well, there is a lot of work and fun that goes into the food that is made for us here. Of course like the rest of Proctor, it starts with a compatible group of people working together to create a better environment for one another, or a community.

Its amazing how something so small, and simple as fruit, when joined together make one of the fan favorites here at Proctor's dining hall.

While there are always good choices here, the cookies have stepped out as one thing we can always count on to make us happy, and sometimes we must learn to live without the love of Edna in every cookie, but the love of others.

At the end of the day it always comes down to all of us as a group. The kitchen here at Proctor is a perfect representation of how a Proctor family works and accomplishes things everyday together.
