We charged--full speed ahead--to the moment Winter Break began Thursday at noon.
Our final days featured many acts of good will, gestures that should sustain us into a new year. Parent volunteers repeatedly stocked the Faculty Room with treats, under the theme "Faculty Appreciation Days." A note proclaimed "Every day is faculty appreciation day."
Students and faculty volunteered to orchestrate a series of bake sales to raise funds for the Andover Food & Fuel Fund. Dedicated to the memory of Gary Peters--whose spirit is captured by such charity--the fund benefits local families in need.
A shout out to professional skating coach Robby Glantz P'13 for his time with Proctor hockey teams (that are lingering for tournament competition this weekend)!
Suddenly, buses arrive--buses bound for Manchester, Boston and beyond.
Full speed to the finish.
