In a public tribute to the Hinkleys and Carvalhos (which you can hear on an assembly netcast by clicking Patty Pond's assembly on the frontpage,) I mentioned the unexpected value of a faculty that likes itself....that works together and plays together. Just one example of this is the faculty coffee house offered several times each week at the Forestry Shed, known as the Java Hut.

Another example is the annual Red Sox game, organized by Patty Pond, which brings 100 members of Proctor Nation to Red Sox Nation. It happened Sunday.

If you buy a hundred tickets, you get to have a member of your group honored at home plate before the first pitch. Dani Hinkley, who is an avid fan, was the obvious (but surprise) choice. This is the Jumbotron:

Here's a pretty image of Patrice Martin working with Naomi in ceramics.

Josh is walking around with a billboard (is that the right word?) advertising social activism activities Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning. The front reads, "Individual vs. Society: The Epic Battle Continues."

Back in the classroom, Harris takes a scalpel to a fetal pig.

Here, Alex demonstrates a barefoot, kick flip on a skateboard that lacks wheels:

The magic moment, with the green Monster.
Yo, Drew!
Proctor Nation in Sox Nation.
Share Day brought Andover Elementary School kids to Proctor today. This is woodshop.
An Andover Middle school student checks out his first ceramic piece on Share Day.
At the climbing wall, elementary school student Nick is on belay.
Back in the woodshop, JD's shirt reads, "NOTE TO SELF - PLAY MORE VIDEO GAMES."
