Family Weekend gives us Monday off so parents can spend some time with their kids in the area, or whatever. The signs on Maxwell Savage and the Meeting House still welcome families, but it's over, and students are returning at this moment and have five weeks to go until finals. They'll be lucky to have two days before the black flies hatch.

I could delve into some photos that didn't make the cut over the past week for your entertainment, but would rather post some real-time images of Proctor life. This is what's happening Monday evening at about 7. Max is studying under a maple between Carr and Carriage Houses.

The wall on the east end of Proctor Pond is a great place for an early evening conversation.

The next manifestation of this site appears Tuesday night at midnight.

The sign on Maxwell Savage still welcomes families, but Family Weekend is over.
Jesse's going to meet some buddies for a toss.
OK: I have to go back a couple of days for this one.... Here's math teacher Patty Pond stepping up to retrieve her ax after throwing a bull's eye from about forty feet in a wood's team competition Friday afternoon.
