Reunion 2006
6/12/2006

Steady rain kept most reunion activities in the Wise Community Center Saturday, although several dozen stalwarts took the tour to new facilities: Wilkins Meeting House (2001), the recording studio (2006) and Fowler Learning Center (1994). Never before have classes networked so efficiently to boost their numbers at reunion, and the turnout was the largest in memory. This is the Class of 1996:

The Class of 1986:

More Class of 1986. Back row: Chris Bartlett, Jason Hartman, Lee Petri, Sam Woodger, Bill Clark. Front: Wendy Chambers, Kristin Harrison, Cindy "Otis" Keene, Sarah Blodgett, Pamela Gruen Ross, Tripp Wyckoff.

The Wise Center occupies space that alumni/ae recall as Holland Auditorium. Upstairs, in the game room, we see Ron Adams '80, Alex Johnston '80, Westy Bigelow '81, Dave Blodgett '80, Chris Hadley '81, Ritchie Sears '81 and Dave Buck '80.

Jen Putney '91, Jess Sarkisian '91, Sarah Head '91, Jeff MacLellan '90, Brooks Holmes '91.

Allan Bourn '35 is an inspiration to everyone lucky enough to know him. A great photographer, he attends every reunion at Proctor, bringing albums of his photos. Here, Bill Clarke '86 spends time with Allan.

After a great dinner catered by our kitchen crew in the tent outside the Wise, we moved up to the Norris Family Theater for a history of Proctor slideshow and remarks by Mike Henriques. First, however, Alumni/ae President-for-life Alex Estin '83 presented awards to various individuals; (Chihiro Takeuchi attended from Tokyo!)

Below, Allan Bourn receives an ovation as the school's senior alumnus.
