When Strom Thurmond--who last ran for President in 1948--becomes Acting President on January 20 because Floridians continue to suffer Electile Dysfunction, he will do so because of Article 2 of the Constitution and the Presidential Succession Act. The 21st Amendment, on the other hand, is an establishment on the corner of Beacon and Bowdoin in Beantown, where alumni and friends gathered last night for some revelry.
