Doc Hand's chemistry class visited the sugar house on the last day of the sugaring season to consider the role of osmosis in the progress of sap through the chambers of the evaporater. Near the end of the period, a few kids from the village--stopping by for a taste--provided an opportunity for Kyle and Tyler to explain their newly acquired knowledge:
