The speed with which we go from full throttle to stop is shocking. Classes this morning were busy and productive, and the pace of campus life seemed typically frantic.
Everett Jones attracted the attention of some mechanical types by opening the hood of his mother's 1965 Benz and reading directions on transmission repair in German while the boys identified things like distributors and spark plugs. Yup, everything was normal. At midday, though, everyone grabbed lunch, boarded a bus or car, and split for a long weekend.
We return Monday by 7:30 PM. I will post the next Corner Tuesday at noon. Have a nice Bonus Weekend.
