Ocean Classroom heads south.
There's this tradition that Ocean Classroom puts on a skit in slickers the day they set off for the Spirit of Massachusetts. In recent years, this obra has deteriorated in quality, and this morning's edition was regrettably unforgettable.
They're off to Fairhaven, and plan to sail Monday morning. We will miss them, and the crowd--as always--was appreciative and kind. Did I say "always"? In any case, assembly was hilarious as usual.
Sophomores grouped for their class photo after assembly. This is not the class photo:
The photo is, however, on a webpage we are e-blasting to every current parent this afternoon. 100% of our parents have e-mail addresses (77% before we gave the others a Proctor address) and they're getting a hot link back to this page that we'll customize every week with news, weekend events, and three photos. I bet we're the first school in the universe to do this. Kudos to the Travis Warren '91 and crew at Whipple Hill, and to Development Office Webmeister Lou Moses.
