Thirty-six year veteran Tim Norris arrived at 8:15 to find his ninth grade English class set up in the lobby outside Holland Auditorium.

Proctor students are a generally polite audience to visiting performers, but responded with genuine enthusiasm to a duo called Thirty-fifth Parallel in assembly. Gabe made the tabla drum talk, and the other guy put ancient Middle Eastern proto-guitars through a synthesizer with great effect. Afterward, Jamie signed up for their newsletter while Adam and Siddharth chatted with Gabe.

The sap you collect at the end of the season's run is inferior, yielding an earthy, strong flavored syrup more popular in cooking than on pancakes. Greg pours off:

Where is Tim's Intro to Lit class meeting this morning?
A synthesizer turns a "dou" into a hypnotic, surreal instrument.
Gabe making the tabla talk.
Men's varsity lax played a free flowing tackle sport in 8 inches of snow on Carr Field for warm-ups.
Boys playing in snow.
Sun bathers surrounded by snow.
