It is raining. Still. I have 18 in-laws visiting for a family reunion. I had to stand at my window for a long time to get a shot of this hummingbird. You don't have to be an ornithologist to see it's a female Ruby-throated.

Suggested names for the street by the barn behind Gannett House are pouring in, and The Town is giving us a few extra days because of the contest on this column. Nominations include "Lois Lane" "Easy Street" "Bumpinda Road" and "Motorcrappedoutsoi Road." Keep 'em coming to chuck@proctornet.com
