Change the rules!
11/5/2002

I received a phone call yesterday from the President of the United States. He didn't listen to me at all during our weird conversation, and I subsequently voted for a woman His candidate says is totally responsible for New Hampshire's budget crisis. It's time to change the rules, and that's exactly what JV boys soccer did in yesterday's snowstorm: they invented a new sport. Here is Kinley (yes, Eric and Stacey Viandier's son is a ninth grader) hurling a yellow sphere downfield for a score:

Across on Farrell Field, varsity girls soccer appeared for a faculty scrimmage dressed as Barbies.

Speaking of changing rules, what is the policy regarding students riding skateboards on Route 11?

Answer: That's strictly forbidden. Skateboarding on Route 11 is a priviledge reserved for teachers like Ryan Flynn:

I'm voting for anyone who doesn't call me at home.

Eva's dressed for some soccer.
