Today's Corner features images e-mailed by contributers from around the globe. This fall's Proctor-in-France program is traveling throughout Western Europe to provide a broader social science, art and history component. Here they are on the Ponte Vecchio in Florence:

The Spain group has been traveling along the Mediterranean from Barcelona to the French border. Here is a shot of the old olympic village from the tram in Barcelona.

Another airial view: Proctor Mountaineering's Brooks Bicknell took this image of Austin atop Kearsarge Sunday morning. Andover's Bradley Lake is visible, Ragged is to the left, and--if you've got the resolution--you might make out Mt. Washington as a white streak on the horizon.

Here's Arly holding up pretty well in Pisa.
This is the shore at Cadaques, where Salvadore Dali spent much of his youth.
The Spain group stopped at the Dali Museum in Figueres.
Dali might have felt at home in this image of anarchists in Boston protesting military action in Iraq. Proctor students joined 15,000 protesters on the Common on Sunday.
Truly surreal: an Elvis sighting.
