Your wandering paparazzo visited the Major Charles Tilton playing fields in nearby Northfield, NH yesterday--home to the Rams of Tilton School. Boys' varsity soccer got off to a slow start and found themselves down 1-nil early (as they did last Wednesday.) Quickly, however, ninth grader Sam Wisner (right, below) netted the equalizer off a cross from Omar Reid.

Senior Charlie Kleeman parried the winner over the Tilton keeper within a few minutes, and Chance Cobb (right, below) headed the insurance tally in off a corner soon thereafter.

Final score: 3-1.

Back at Farrell Field, girls' varsity played good D to hold a dominant squad from New Hampton School to three scores, but came up short. Stellar at fullback was junior Chloe Rochon:

Meanwhile, Varsity football dominated Vermont Academy at Saxton's River, coming away with the 36-21 victory. The play-action pass worked repeatedly on offense, and the starting D held VA to one touchdown. The Hornets host Tilton next Saturday in a big game!
