Photo Ops (Ooops)
9/17/2002

You would think that Patrice's Photography students would find this place to be riot of photo ops. It turns out, however, that a village in a river valley inhabited by hundreds of teenagers doesn't provide enough subject matter for 8 students armed with 35 millimeter cameras during F Block. They're starved for material.

After a few minutes, they look to one another for support.

Desperate, with the class hour ticking away, most of them turned to the Proctor Pond for inspiration.

Trevor was the first to start shooting the pond's famous mutant tadpoles.
Others quickly caught on. Why don't they become frogs, like they're supposed to?
Matt's a risk taker. He got on the grate over the spillway to get some candids.
Omar focussed on other subjects.
Not far from the pond's tadpoles, I caught Lorraine using this stick to make a new student gag.
Mutant tadpoles? Or Lorraine's throat culture?
