Yesterday my project group decided on a trip to Lebanon, which is about 40 miles to the northwest. First we made a pit stop at the sugar house, where Merlin--who is champion of everything having to do with Vermont--offered an unsolicited critique.
Then it was on to Lebanon, and Sweet Tomatoes, where we studied pizza making from this fellow:
Then we tried our hand at ten pins, which turns out to be a very difficult sport. Bobby Dunbar, who is far and away our more talented bowler, came away from this fall with only minor injuries, and was able to continue.
