When the Romans decided to build Segovia about 2000 years ago, and they discovered good water about 12 miles away, they just got down to business and built an aquaduct. No problem! Here are our students at the aquaduct in Segovia:

The aquaduct starts near a royal country home called La Granja. Edwin, Austin, Nate and Jared checked out the gardens recently.

Of course, around these precints, the most impressive structure is the Fowler Learning Center, which looked pretty nice this morning at dawn.

The Romans placed 20,400 huge stones together with no mortar. The aquaduct is still working.
Teacher Derek Mansell recently planted a young olive tree at his little farm outside of Segovia. Nice view!
The Meeting House is coming right along. You can see the elevations for seats in the Norris Family Auditorium.
