At 9:50 on Tuesday mornings, we meet as advisories, meaning that each teacher/advisor spends about a half hour with his/her four or five or six advisees. Food is a frequent theme. Patty's group uses an electric griddle to fry up eggs in a hole. Will sprinkles pepper; Johnny protests.
There are vacation cards to be signed, and March projects to sign up for. Some advisories get out earlier than others. A small crowd gathers outside the community center.
Triple I (International Interracial Interaction) is sponoring a food sale in the Wise Center to benefit some cause....I forget.

About to depart for a Mountain Classroom adventure in Quebec, Nick and Andrew convene with Sophie (who is going nowhere.)
Mountain Classroom will head west for the Mexican border, Mexico and points further west in January. Today, they're visiting major lumber operations north of Quebec City, and staying at a hostel in Vielle Quebec. Here, they pose before departing. Note the traditional Cheese-Its.
