Saturday Antics
11/15/2004
The weekend before final exams is "closed," meaning that all boarders are on campus. These are busy times. This page simply brings you a sample of Saturday's activities. Fall athletics ended as varsity football defeated the Hyde School of Woodstock, CT. These fans are cheering on their team from the comfort of a couch in the bed of Brenda Godwin's truck:

The dance troupe performed to a large crowd both Friday and Saturday evenings, and more photos of this event will follow. The student punk rock band Station7 performed a frantic set in a packed Wise Center before the start of a student-generated male beauty contest entitled "Mr. P.A."

This event drew a dozen or so faculty and staff together with about 200 students for an hour of structured absurdity.

The judges took their job very seriously.

You might think that a school would have a bonfire pep rally before the final game of the season, but you'd be wrong....
