We had Monday and Tuesday off, following Family Weekend, and it might as well have been two weeks for my cache of photographs. So, I spent much of the morning with my index finder depressed on my venerable D-100. This is the hallway outside social science classrooms at 9:10.
Just around the corner and across the hall is the biology lab, which is a great place to bring a camera, with south-facing windows and lots of flora. Here's Courtney presenting her research on Plasmodium Flaciparum, the protozoan parasite that causes malaria.
Just before the start of Advanced Placement Biology, these young ladies have some work to do.
Same class, just moments later....
Ten feet away, Christina approaches a snake that has a reputation for biting people. It also has a reputation for squirming out of its home....
Now we wander down to the first floor, where Patty Pond--sporting a Manny Ramirez shirt--is teaching Honors Geometry.
Out in the hall--between classes--Christopher gets a little extra help from Josh Norris.
Across North Street, Lisa and Molly try out some of their extraordinary ceramic work.
