Assembly Archives

In the course of a typical school day, I take between 70 and 100 images. Some find their way onto this site, or into Parent Pages, Alumni Pages and a variety of sites designed to steward relationships with the donors who make it possible for us to do what we do. The majority end up in cyber archives....stored on distant servers, waiting to be burned onto disks for eternity. If I explore those digital safe deposit vaults, I have enough hitherto unseen pictures to keep you entertained all summer. Let's look at a few in thematic fashion. Dozens of pix document the daily procession to assemblies. Here we are in January:

This is back in December:

I can't begin to convey all that happens once we're in assemblies here. But on the day the photo above was taken, a student band performed.

Here we are--in early December--leaving assemby:

There's time before things get started to open your mail.
Let's get started.
We sit clustered in advisee groups.
You never know what's going to happen. This photo (used before, I admit) shows a few student libertarians drumming up support for well-considered anarchy.
Dougo's advisee group demanding attention. I used this before, too....
It is common for advisors to linger with advisees afterwards. This hasn't been seen since just after New Year's.
First timer: Charlie with advisees apres-assembly.
